

Craig focuses his practice on representing high-tech companies in intellectual property and technology transactions, sales, acquisitions and licensing, specialized patent prosecution, development and execution on intellectual property strategies, and all aspects of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition law. His experience includes:
Prior to founding Yudell Isidore Ng Russell PLLC, Craig practiced intellectual property law in various roles, including Vice President of Licensing and General Counsel for a semiconductor intellectual property start-up, where he implemented an IP licensing strategy and managed all of the company’s licensing and other legal matters. Prior to that, Craig was with a large semiconductor manufacturer, where he served as General and Intellectual Property Counsel for its Networking and Computing group, and later was a business development executive with responsibility for business investments and strategic licensing for an $8 billion wireless and semiconductor business. Prior to completing his law degree, Craig worked as a design and research engineer in computer, semiconductor and optoelectronic technologies.
