Michael is a registered patent attorney with extensive legal experience in a wide variety of intellectual property areas including: patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution; patent license drafting and negotiation; patent and trademark litigation support; client counseling related to patent, trademark, and copyright matters (including employment agreements and policies related to intellectual property); and patent and trademark infringement and validity analysis and opinions.  Michael has extensive industry experience as a test equipment engineer and is an inactive registered professional engineer in the State of Missouri.
