Mr. Isidore is a founding partner of Yudell Isidore Ng Russell PLLC. Mr. Isidore's practice is principally focused on the acquisition, licensing and transfer, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including domestic and international patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Mr. Isidore has written over 700 patents and prosecuted hundreds more, resulting in hundreds of patent issuances. Mr. Isidore has extensive expertise in a wide range of technologies including: computer hardware and software; computer networks; integrated circuits; semi-conductors; network security systems, including intrusion detection; Internet-based applications; point-of-sale retail applications; mechanical and bio-mechanical devices; transformer devices; and communication and wireless systems, including wired and fiber optic transceiver devices, wireless networks, RFID, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE and WiMAX protocols, and wireless devices and device applications.

Mr. Isidore also has experience with IP licensing, enforcement and protection issues, including: drafting licensing and sub-licensing agreements; drafting IP terms for business contracts; drafting corporate IP policies; drafting business-specific NDAs; counseling clients on business and legal aspects of IP licensing; preparing cease and desist correspondences to prevent/curtail infringement of clients' IP rights, and responding to such correspondences; drafting infringement and patentability opinions; serving as client’s counsel in IP litigation; and negotiating settlements for patent infringement cases.

A former collegiate track and field athlete, Mr. Isidore also provides Sports Law services, including consulting with and reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts for sports athletes.
